John Trelawny (or Trelawney) (c. 1504 – 29 September 1563), of Pool in Menheniot, Cornwall, was an English Member of Parliament, who represented Liskeard in the first Parliament of 1553. He was also High Sheriff of Cornwall in 1547. He married twice; his son by his marriage to Margeri Lamelion, John, was his heir and also served as an MP and as High Sheriff.
